JAPELL maximizes our capability for information gathering as a trading company. One
example is the development of private brands that reflect the real consumption trends
captured at our antenna shops. For the development of original products (store brands) that
meet the unique needs of our customers, we leverage our comprehensive know-how as a
pet general trading company to provide assistance.
Among our private brands are basic products that any store can handle, products pursuing
low prices while maintaining high quality, specialty store exclusive products that respond to
price competition, and original brand products (partner foods) that help improve relationships
with pets. We have concentrated our expertise into about 1,300 items.
We have partnered with the largest manufacturers based in America, the home of pets, to independently import and supply carefully selected pet food to Japan. Among them, "Select Balance" is one of our flagship products. We also supply products other than pet food to sales networks across Japan.
